Design Services
Our In-Store Design Services include style and fabric selection through listening to your needs and wants. Whether your needing one piece of furniture or a whole house we can help coordinate colors, textures, and patterns. Come in and share your vision with us and we'll help create your look. We also offer In-Home Design Services including scaling and placement of our merchandise in your home as well as accessory/artwork recommendations. In-Home consultations are charged a design fee, but are credited toward your purchase. Please contact us for full details.
Delivery
We deliver through-out Central Texas using an outstanding delivery team. When your order has arrived we will contact you to set-up a delivery date. Any change in the delivery date must be made 24-hours in advance.
In-Home delivery is available almost anywhere in the U.S. from one of our white glove delivery partners. We also routinely ship items to Dallas and Houston and have contracted with an excellent local delivery service in those cities. On delivery day, please have space cleared to make room for your new furniture. If you need assistance moving existing furniture please let the delivery service know the evening prior to delivery. Extra fees will apply. Delivery includes placement of the merchandise inside your home, full assembly when needed, and removal of all packing materials. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery slip and you must contact us within three days of delivery.
Return Policy
Special Order Merchandise is custom made upon order and cannot be cancelled. Likewise Special Orders are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Floor Samples and Stock Merchandise are final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Accessories may be returned within 24 Hours of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 days from the date that your return has been received for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or cash, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return.
